If you chose to have your designs e-mailed to you then you will receive an e-mail with the zip file of your designs attached to it. If you chose to download your designs then they will start to download, you'll see a window pop up somewhat like the one below. Netscape users will see something a little different.  The important thing is to click "Save" or "Save as File". Another box will pop up asking you where you want to put the file on the computer.  You may choose to download it to the desktop or to the My Documents folder so you can find it easier.


        All your designs that you have just purchased are in this one file. To view them you first have to "Extract" them. Do do this we recommend using WinZip. If you already have WinZip then once the file is done downloading then you can just click the open but to open it. If you don't have WinZip then go to http://www.winzip.com. Instructions on installing WinZip are also on that site and with the program that you download. Once you got WinZip setup, it's time to extract your designs. Open it up by clicking on it from the Start Menu. You'll see a screen like the one below.



       Click on the open but so that you can first open your file. When the "Open" dialog box pops up then find your file wherever you downloaded it to in the previous step and press the "Open" button.  

        Now that your file is loaded into WinZip you need "Extract" it.  Click on the Extract button on the Toolbar and a window will pop-up like the one below

       In the Folders/drives box select the folder you want to extract your design to such as My Documents.  Click "Extract" after you have chosen where you want it to go and WinZip will extract the file to that folder. You can now close WinZip and you can get to your file through My Computer or Windows Explorer.
